Job summary

Flex Consultancy Limited is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences. You will create, refine, and communicate UI flows, wireframes, and prototypes to support product development.

Ideal candidates have 3-4 years of graphic design experience, are creative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent discipline.
• 3-4 years of working experience in graphic design.
• Creative thinking and ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user behavior into high-quality user experiences.
• Create, improve and use high-quality user flows, wireframes, UI mock-ups and prototypes.
• Communicate ideas with sketches and prototypes to stakeholders.
• Ensure design consistency across products, websites and deliverables.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement design ideas and iterate with feedback.

• Work closely with the marketing team, productteam and sales team to translate
• business requirements and user behavior intogood user experiences.
• Create, improve and use high-quality user flows,wireframes, UI mock-ups and
• prototypes to communicate your ideas
• Give recommendation according to stakeholder ’ sfeedback
• Ensuring design consistency between products,website and other deliverables
• Work with development team to implement ideaswith feedback
• Conduct testing of completed applications,websites and software to improve user
• Design or redesigning an identity for products,including logos, colors, fonts, print media,
• sales kit, online campaigns, websites,applications and much more
• Analyze digital & content performance,integrate best practices and A/B testing to

• Higher Diploma or Degree Graduates in GraphicDesign or equivalent discipline.
