Job summary

KPMG China is seeking a motivated final-year student to join our Tax team in Hong Kong. You will participate in planning and delivering tax advisory and compliance services across diverse client sectors, under supervision, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Final year university student with a bachelor’s degree or above from all disciplines.
• Fluent in written and verbal English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork ability together with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the activities of KPMG Tax services in various aspects such as Tax Advisory, Deals, M&A Tax, Transfer Pricing to Individual Tax, etc.
• Support cross-functional project teams to develop commercial solutions addressing clients’ business needs.
• Assist with providing tax advisory and compliance services and managing regional tax projects.
• Engage in development, promotion and implementation of tax process transformation for the firm and its clients.
• Complete tasks and deliverables to a high-quality standard as part of Tax Advisory, working to a plan, budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
