Job summary

EY is inviting undergraduates to join its internship program in Hong Kong, offering exposure to human resources, psychology and business administration projects.

You will gain hands-on experience in training administration, logistics, and co-ordinating courses across Greater China, while developing professional skills in a global consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates in related disciplines such as HR, psychology, or business administration.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work part-time (2-3 days/week); full-time preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify training program requirements with program managers, ensuring organization across Greater China.
• Coordinate training logistics with Global Shared Services (GSS) Dalian People Shared Services to manage the learning administration system.
• Arrange meals, hotels and flights for courses requiring travel.
• Support execution of training programs.
• Complete ad hoc duties and projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Current undergraduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Great communication skills with fluent spoken & written English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, meticulous, organized and possess strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work for part-time (2-3 days per week) / full-time is preferred
