Key Focus Areas:

Frontier Deployment Engineer (FDE): Focus on the engineering and deployment of enterprise-grade AI applications, from architecture design through to production implementation.

Frontier Deployment Researcher (FDR): Focus on AI prototype development, model performance validation, risk assessment, and governance research for emerging AI applications.

AI Innovation and Solution Design: Develop AI agents, intelligent applications, proprietary tools, and industry-specific solutions while building reusable methodologies and scalable AI assets.

AI Governance and Trustworthy AI: Support organizations in establishing secure, compliant, and trustworthy AI governance frameworks through Responsible AI, model governance, data governance, and AI risk management practices.

Technology Risk Assurance: Leverage AI-enabled tools to support automated auditing, data security and compliance reviews, and IT risk control assessments.

Your key responsibilities

AI Consulting and Digital Transformation: Participate in AI strategy development, business use-case assessment, AI governance framework design, and digital transformation initiatives, helping clients implement AI technologies across business functions.

AI Innovation and Solution Development: Contribute to the design and development of innovative AI solutions, proprietary tools, intelligent applications, and industry-specific offerings while building reusable methodologies, tools, and digital assets.

AI Application Development and Deployment: Design and develop enterprise AI agents, RAG knowledge bases, and intelligent analytics platforms, including architecture design, deployment, and performance optimization.

AI Governance and Risk Management: Support AI risk identification, Responsible AI initiatives, model governance, data governance, and AI compliance assessments to help clients establish secure, trusted, and sustainable AI governance programs.

Model Evaluation and Governance: Develop AI prototypes, design testing methodologies and evaluation frameworks, identify model hallucinations and associated risks, and recommend improvement plans based on assessment outcomes.

Systems Integration and Data Governance: Integrate AI applications with client business systems and databases while ensuring secure, compliant, and appropriately controlled data interactions.

Industry Research and Insights: Monitor emerging AI technologies and industry developments, contribute to AI best-practice research, industry insights, and solution development initiatives, and continuously enhance the team’s professional and innovative capabilities.

Technology Risk Assurance: Perform IT general controls and application controls audits, leverage automation tools for business and financial data consistency analysis, and assess risks associated with emerging technologies.

What we look for

Educational Background: Preferred majors include Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Security, Mathematics, Statistics, or interdisciplinary programs combining Law and Technology.

Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English (CET-4/6 or above preferred).

Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python (preferred) and familiarity with Java/JS. Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and Git version control is required. Experience with AI application development and engineering practices is a plus.

AI and Large Language Models: Understanding of LLM principles and common AI applications. Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agent, Embedding, and Tool Calling. Experience with mainstream AI platforms and API such as OpenAI, Azure AI, DeepSeek, Qwen, ERNIE, Hunyuan, and Doubao is advantageous. Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Dify is highly desirable.

Data and Backend Technologies: Proficiency in SQL and at least one relational database. Familiarity with backend frameworks (Spring Boot/FastAPI), as well as API integration concepts.

Engineering Capabilities: Knowledge of Docker, Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and basic operations and monitoring concepts.

Additional Qualifications: Hands-on experience in AI or software development is preferred. Experience with ERP systems, SQL/Python-based analytics projects, or professional certifications such as CISA/CICPA will be considered advantageous.

Consulting and Communication Skills: Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving abilities, client communication skills, and teamwork capabilities. Demonstrated interest in digital transformation, AI consulting, and technology risk management.

Innovation and Independent Development: A proactive and innovative mindset with strong self-learning capabilities. Experience in AI PoC, self-developed projects, open-source contributions, or academic research is highly valued.

AI Governance Awareness: Understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, data governance, and model risk management concepts. Strong awareness of risk management and compliance considerations, with the ability to balance AI innovation and risk control.
