• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy assessments and interventions for children within the community.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised care plans.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to meet professional standards and ensure continuity of care.

• Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), assuring clients of your competence and professionalism.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in paediatrics is required, equipping you with the specialised skills necessary for this role.
• A car driver is preferable due to community-based visits, giving you the flexibility to reach more clients effectively.
