About the Role:

• Deliver engaging Science lessons for Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Create and execute lesson plans with experiments and investigations to develop students' scientific understanding and skills.
• Lead student research projects, experiments, and presentations to promote inquiry and communication skills.
• Assess student progress through various assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development aligned with current scientific research and best practices.
• Organize extracurricular activities like science clubs and fairs to enrich student learning.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Science or related fields.
• Extensive experience teaching Science at GCSE and A-Level, both practical and theoretical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate students.
• Passion for fostering a love of science and inquiry skills.
• Knowledge of diverse scientific concepts and investigations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
