A dynamic Main Contractor in Essex is seeking a No.1 Site Manager for a permanent role to oversee new build projects, specifically in steel frame industrial and warehouse construction. Candidates must demonstrate a successful background with reputable contractors and hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and manage projects from inception to completion.
A growing, dynamic Main Contractor based in Hertfordshire are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Chelmsford, Essex.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package
Location: Chelmsford, Essex

The business have been operating for a number of years and specialise in Industrial Warehouses, Retail, Commercial and Mixed Use Schemes.
They have a £2.5m new build, steel frame industrial project starting very soon and are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to oversee the project from start to finish.
They are looking for a strong No.1 Site Manager with experience working on new build steel frame, industrial / warehouse projects for a reputable Main Contractor.
