A recruitment agency is seeking a BMS Project Manager in the South West. You will manage projects, ensuring they are delivered safely and within budget while providing support to clients and teams. This role requires strong project management experience and knowledge in Building Management Systems. The position offers a salary between £60,000 - £70,000 along with a benefits package including a bonus scheme and private medical insurance.

Due to continued growth and further project wins across the South West, they are currently recruiting for a project manager.
£60,000 - £70,000

As a project manager, you will be responsible for delivering work packages safely, within budget, on time and to client specifications.
- Manage a leading project in the South West, Dorchester area along with projects in Hampshire.
- Produce and manage all contractual aspects of the projects, including payments, variations, notices, extensions of time, claims for loss and expense and dispute resolution.
- Provide technical support to both customers and engineering teams.
- Experienced in a similar project management or contract management position.
- Ideally strong knowledge within Building Management Systems.
- Strong leader and communicator.
- Experienced delivering BMS Projects.
