As the Marketing Manager at Athena Care Homes, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a fully integrated marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, increases occupancy across our care homes, supports staff recruitment, and promotes our values.

About The Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will oversee digital marketing, content creation, advertising, events, internal communications, and brand management.
You’ll work closely with the Sales, Operations, Resourcing, and People Teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

This will be a central position, based in our Central Office in Laindon, Essex.
