Regional offices are based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire and the group headquarters are in Asia. Job summary:
You will work closely with Department Heads/Managers. Scoping, implementing and delivering on SAP Business One & SQL Server focused projects. Responsible for the company’s long-term ERP strategy, your overall objective is to deliver a reliable, efficient and continuous ERP operation - driving automation and streamlining the services provided. To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Work closely with third-party SAP providers to deliver upgrades, building strong relationships thereto and working to tight SLAs. Help create and support the data/reporting strategy. Ensure smooth delivery of ERP projects, manage incidents, problems and change management. Provide day-to-day ERP support to around 70 users across Europe.
Requirements for the role:
You will be a valuable resource for projects and not the sole contact/lead. You will work in a team and in conjunction with senior management and IT partners.
