Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Consultant (Fixed Term Contract)
Work Setting: 3 days onsite (Part-time) | Location: Epsom

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Consultant to lead HR operations across the UK&E region. You will manage a UK-based team, oversee offshore delivery from our shared service centre, and act as the go-to expert for HR systems and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of HR Service Delivery Consultants.
• Act as escalation point for complex HR queries.
• Oversee service delivery, HR systems (Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow), and data quality.
• Drive process improvements through analytics and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with global HR teams and support key HR projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• HR systems expertise (Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow preferred).
• Experience in shared services, data analytics, and process optimisation.
• Ability to handle confidential data in line with GDPR.

Preferred:

• HR or Data Analytics qualification.
• Project management experience.
• Global HR model exposure.
