A home care and support provider in Lancaster is seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to provide compassionate and person-centred care in clients' homes. - Providing specialist support with PEG feeding, catheter management, stoma care, and tracheostomy care as required.
- Encouraging independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of daily living.
- Building trusting relationships with clients and their families, respecting individual needs and preferences.
- Accurately recording and reporting care delivered, incidents, and changes in client wellbeing.
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and other members of the care team.
