We are looking for a Junior Technical Author interested in working within a software delivery function, contributing to high-quality product documentation for our customers. You will be involved with various software products, taking ownership of producing and maintaining product and user guides, release notes, and product enhancements. You will work closely with product, development, and support teams to create reference materials to help users understand features and functionality.
Joining our Service Management department, you will have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. We seek a Junior Technical Author/Writer capable of creating and reviewing technical documentation aimed at diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and usability. Your role will emphasize continuous delivery, driving improvements, and meeting deadlines.

The salary for the Junior Technical Author role ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum.
