THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Consultant to drive AI-driven sales initiatives within our Temenos commercial function. The ideal candidate will leverage AI technologies to enhance sales strategies, improve customer engagement, and optimize revenue opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence applications in financial services and a strong background in sales and client consulting.

OPPORTUNITIES
  • Develop and implement AI-driven sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to integrate AI solutions into financial services offerings.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to provide AI-powered insights that improve sales performance.
  • Consult with clients on AI adoption and demonstrate how AI can optimize their financial services operations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate sales processes using machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Train sales teams on AI tools and methodologies to improve lead conversion and customer interactions.
  • Partner with marketing to develop AI-based personalization strategies for customer outreach.
  • Stay updated on AI advancements, financial technology trends, and regulatory changes in the industry.
SKILLS
  • 5+ years of experience in sales consulting, AI implementation, or financial technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
  • Proven track record in financial services, SaaS solutions, or enterprise software sales.
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies for clients.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, AI-driven sales tools, and data analytics solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, finance, or a related field (MBA or AI certification is a plus).

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered sales automation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics and compliance in financial services.
  • Knowledge of API-driven integrations and cloud-based AI solutions.
  • Experience in designing AI-driven customer engagement workflows.
