Job summary
A reputable legal recruitment firm in Belfast is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their growing legal team. The role involves performing legal searches, assisting with document drafting, managing legal files, and providing administrative support. Applicants should have 2+ years in legal support, experience with Land Registry in Northern Ireland, and strong communication skills. This position offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to contribute significantly to an in-house legal function.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a legal support role, ideally within a law firm.
- Solid experience with Land Registry searches and registrations in Northern Ireland.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Carry out legal searches, including Land Registry searches.
- Support in drafting and preparing legal documents.
- Manage both electronic and physical legal files.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
