Key Responsibilities:
Providing hands-on technical leadership and guidance to ensure smooth operation of the infrastructure. While not directly managing a team, this role involves coordinating and organising teams and stakeholders to address incidents promptly and efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact for absorbing and synthesising information during incidents, making informed decisions to resolve issues swiftly. Utilise your technical knowledge to identify problems and connect the right individuals to resolve them in a timely manner.
Possess hands-on experience with Linux systems, demonstrating proficiency in reverse engineering and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices best practices is essential for success in this role.
Work closely with various teams and stakeholders, delegating tasks effectively and pulling in necessary resources when required. Foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams can work together seamlessly to achieve objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on infrastructural performance and incident resolution to Andrey, ensuring transparency and accountability within the organisation.
