- Do you have a minimum of one year’s outbound cold call/telesales experiencewithinthelastthreeyears?
- Haveyouworkedwithsalestargetsandconsistentlyachieved?
- Are you willing to work 10.30am to 7pm Mon-Thu and 9am to 5.30pm Fri?
- Are you happy to work from home 100% of the time and earn goodcommission?

What you will do:
- Engage Customers: Connect with potential customers, presenting an exciting product packed with incredible value.
- Drive Sales: Make 150-200 outbound sales calls daily
- Hit Your Targets: Secure 7 - 10 sales a day - 90% of the team are currently achieving their goals and earning over the bonus potential
- Stay Compliant: Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations while delivering top-notch service.
What experience you will need?
- Previous Sales Experience – 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years
- Home Office Setup – A quiet workspace where you can focus and succeed remotely.
- Motivation to Exceed Targets – Passion for sales, resilience, and commitment to following best practices.

The Recruitment Process – Fast & Efficient
- Step 1: Initial Telescreen/Video Call - This will involve some screening questions, a discussion regarding your work history and a full run through of the role.
- Step 2: Online Assessment – Max 30 minutes to evaluate key skills.
- Step 3: Interview & Assessment – 1-hour session – virtual - to dive deeper into your potential.
- Step 4: Decision Within 24 Hours – No lengthy wait times, you will hear back fast.
