We are currently working with a prestige car dealership that is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their growing team. Our client prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer care at all times.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.

1. Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required for their vehicles in a professional manner.
2. Advising on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
3. Selling additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs.
4. Advising on timescales and collection arrangements.
5. Producing job cards on the in-house computer system.
6. Updating customer and vehicle records.
7. Documenting all warranty work according to manufacturer policy.
8. Preparation and completion of invoices.

• At least 2 years’ experience working as a Service Advisor.
