ProManage IT Solution is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow our international sales pipeline on a contract basis for the UK market. This role centres around strategic cold outreach, nurturing high‑value prospects, managing the sales funnel, and expanding our presence in the IT & Digital Services sector.
The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a deep understanding of IT solutions—including website development, SEO, PPC, digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, AI automations, and custom software development. You will work independently while closely coordinating with our internal teams to ensure smooth conversion and onboarding of new clients.
Location: Remote (UK‑Based Only)
Employment Type: Contract (Flexible Hours)
Compensation: Comission Based Flat 25% (negotiable as per performance)
