Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum of 12), we have opportunities for that too. We are flexible and open to your availability.

The schedule will be within the specified availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice for shifts. We support flexibility, so if your available times closely match but are not exact, we’d still love to hear from you.
