Purpose of the Role:
The Health and Safety Advisor will ensure that the company's health, safety, and compliance policies, procedures, and requirements are consistently and effectively applied across operations and support functions, mitigating risks throughout the region.
The Advisor will support the Senior Health and Safety Manager and Head of Health and Safety by conducting investigations (including accidents and incidents), supporting a nominated division, advising on general H&S inquiries, assisting with DSE and fire risk assessments, attending regional meetings, and conducting regular visits to nurseries.
