A premier motorsport venue in the UK is looking for a Bar Manager to oversee all on-site bars during events. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hospitality or event management, a proactive approach, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include managing operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and enhancing customer experiences. The role offers a flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Conference and Banqueting, Hospitality or Event.
- Experience in managing corporate and/or venue environments.
- Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills.
Responsabilidades
- Validate sales contracts against set procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day bar operation with Corporate Event Supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
