Job summary
A home care company is seeking compassionate individuals to support customers in their homes in Hornchurch. Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, meal preparation, and medication prompting. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, caring, and possess a valid UK driving license. Flexibility in hours is essential, and candidates must have the eligibility to work in the UK.

Skills
Location: Hornchurch
Hours: Flexible
You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark. The type of support you provide is similar to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family, for example helping with bathing and dressing or domestic tasks.
