• Previous experience in finance or trading
• Exceptional Python skills; you will be tested on your ability to write Python code
• Experience with Python 3, and knowledge of C++ is advantageous
• Experience with SQL databases
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Strong programming fundamentals
• Degree in Computer Science with a 2:1 or higher from a top-tier university
