This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take on a varied caseload and work within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

• Handling your own caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Managing a variety of transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, leasehold/freehold, transfers of equity and shared ownership
• Dealing with both registered and unregistered titles
• Supporting clients with matters involving attorneys, trusts, matrimonial aspects and estates
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and clients to ensure a smooth transaction
• Working with a full-time conveyancing assistant to maintain excellent service standards
• Providing occasional technical support to junior team members
• Ensuring all work complies with legal and regulatory requirements
• Participating in business development and maintaining professional relationships

• Experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer preferred)
• Confident in managing your own caseload independently
• Technically strong across the full range of conveyancing matters

• Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office
