Are you passionate about supporting others and making a positive impact on mental health? We are seeking a dedicated **Graduate Wellbeing EAP Counsellor** to join our team on a full-time basis.
Position: Full-Time Wellbeing EAP Counsellor
Salary: £26,000 per annum
About the Role:
As a Graduate Wellbeing EAP Counsellor, you will provide confidential counselling and emotional support to employees across various organizations. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment, gaining valuable experience in workplace wellbeing and mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
– Offering short-term counselling to clients via phone, video, or online platforms
– Providing empathetic and professional support tailored to individual needs
– Maintaining accurate records of client sessions
– Promoting mental health awareness and wellbeing initiatives
– Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure quality support
