Position - Private Clients Account Handler

Working with this successful and established Broker, dealing with HNW/Celebrity Individuals.

Professional

Inviting and processing Renewals.

Set up New Business on Acturis (must have this experience) computer system.

Helping policyholders with any queries regarding their policies.

Checking the market for new products to match the needs of policyholders.

Sending Market presentations to insurers for terms regarding quotations on High Net worth Insurance policies for New Business and existing Renewals.

Updating data and recording data accurately onto the computer system.

Scanning and uploading policy documentation to the correct policyholder file.

Making sure that all paperwork is processed in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority Regulations and compliance guidelines.

Processing all administration i.e. uploading policy schedules onto policyholder’s records.

Maintaining the diary system.

This position is working within a highly professional team environment. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Office is based on the outskirts of Chelmsford
