Job summary
A fast-growing contractor in the UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a £25m new build industrial warehouse project in Reading. The role involves managing costs, contracts, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Candidates must have proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally with knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts. Offering a salary of £82,500 – £92,500 plus a £9,250 car allowance and opportunities for career advancement.
