Are you a Chartered Surveyor with a passion for valuations and a strong understanding of the London property market?

An established and growing boutique property consultancy in Central London is looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their close-knit team. With a reputation for delivering expert advice across valuations, landlord & tenant matters, and lease advisory services, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied, client-facing role in a high-quality environment.

• Deliver RICS-compliant valuation reports.
• Manage rent reviews and lease renewals; negotiate favourable outcomes.
• Advise clients across residential and commercial sectors.
• Carry out inspections and prepare accurate valuation reports.
• (Desirable) Advise on leasehold matters including lease extensions and enfranchisement's.

• MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience
• Solid knowledge of the London property market
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• A full UK driving licence is a plus but not essential

• Work alongside experienced directors in a collaborative, non-corporate environment
• High level of responsibility and autonomy from day one
