Job Title: Façade Project Manager

Job Summary: The Façade Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of façade projects. This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the project meets design, quality, budget, and timeline expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in façade systems, materials, installation methods, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage façade projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
2. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, ensuring feasibility and compliance with design intent.
4. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
5. Supervise subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance on-site.
6. Conduct site inspections and address any technical or quality issues related to façade installation.
7. Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
8. Manage procurement and logistics for façade materials, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
9. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
10. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum [X] years of experience in façade project management or related roles.
3. Strong knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and related materials.
4. Familiarity with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit).
6. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
8. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
