What we’re looking for

• Demonstrate exceptional sales and support skills for Cloud Contact Center resulting in valuable partnerships
• Have leadership experience in training others with product/service demos, sales guides, and learning materials
• Fluency in English or additional languages
• Significant expertise in Cloud Contact Center operations and management
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Dynamics, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator, DiscoverOrg
