Qualifications

• Experience managing diverse teams in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Food Hygiene accreditation.
• HACCP Level 2 and IOSH Level 2 qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead department/zone operations to meet production plans and standards.
• Monitor processes, materials and safety to ensure quality and compliance.
• optimise labour deployment to align with production requirements.
• Communicate progress and risks to the operations team.
• Oversee equipment performance and drive improvements in OEE.
• Promote Health, Safety and Environment culture in the department.
• Identify opportunities for sustainable improvements in quality, performance and profit.
