Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc in London is looking for a Compliance Coordinator to lead the ZetaSafe implementation across the estate and to serve as System Administrator once live.

You will ensure water safety and estate compliance data is accurate and audit-ready, bridging technical data and governance for stakeholder reviews.

This role requires building workflows, training engineers, and delivering real-time dashboards for compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ZetaSafe implementation, mapping estate assets into the system.
• Configure digital workflows, alerts, and scheduling to meet WMP and HTM 04-01 standards.
• Oversee migration from legacy systems and train engineers/technicians.
• Validate data integrity during migration and post-implementation reviews.
• Act as System Administrator: manage users, dashboards and integrations.
• Produce KPI dashboards and support audit readiness for internal/external audits.
• Prepare data summaries for governance meetings and stakeholder updates.
