ZERO HOURS Residential Valuation Surveyor - Glasgow, Scotland. Walker Fraser Steele is a long-established Chartered Surveyor brand in Scotland, with a history dating back to 1884. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers. We are seeking additional RICS accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide to support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work relied on by the UK’s leading lenders. Our size and network allow concise postcode coverage, reducing travel time between surveys and increasing time for the day’s work.

Responsibilities

• Support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work for lenders.
• Complete Mortgage Valuations and Home Reports as required.

Qualifications

• RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying.
• Experience in Mortgage Valuations and Home Reports.
