Job summary

Readypower Rail Services in Reading is seeking motivated POS Representatives to support our POS department on site. This is a zero hours role with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability and professional on-site leadership.

You will act as the single point of contact on site, ensure OTP/Lift Plan activities are followed, and represent Readypower with high standards while seeking service improvements and better customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' rail experience.
• Good understanding of English.
• Valid OTP Core competency.
• Valid Crane Controller competencies.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Previous POS Rep experience.
• In-house POS Training will be provided.
• Future upskilling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OTP Plan activities are executed with the correct equipment and operator competence.
• Ensure activities do not deviate from the OTP or Lift Plan.
• Represent Readypower professionally as a site leader.
• Lead by example and seek improvements to enhance service and customer experience.

Readypower Rail Services is a growing rail plant hire company looking for a motivated and experienced POS Representatives to support our POS department out on site. We have got a growing work bank in the South. This is a zero hours opportunity based in Reading.

Our POS Reps police work activities, are the single point of contact on site and protect our POS qualification.

The role:

• Ensure all aspects of plant activities that have been planned for and documented in the OTP Plan, are executed in a manner fitting to the equipment used and competence of the operator and the controller
• Ensure activities being undertaken do not deviate from the activities in the OTP or Lift Plan
• Represent Readypower professionally as one of our official 'leaders' on site
• Lead by example and seek opportunities for improvement that can enhance our service and improve customers' experience

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' rail experience
• Good understanding of English
• Passionate, hard working and driven
• Valid OTP Core competency
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Valid Crane Controller competencies
• LUL BTA (London Underground Basic Track Awareness) ticket
• Previous POS Rep experience
