Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, Defence division, is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Assistant - Zero Hours to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Defence on a permanent casual basis. The role is contracted to 0 hours per week and involves cleaning and facilities tasks within client environments.

You will collaborate with cleaning and facilities teams to maintain high hygiene standards, with flexible shifts and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles is preferred but not essential.
• Able to work flexible shifts and a 0 hours per week contract.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic.
• Dust, sweep, mop, polish, and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows, and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping spillages quickly.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste and restock cleaning supplies.
