Job summary

Cohens Chemist is recruiting a Zero-Hour Prescription Delivery Driver to provide cover across seven branches in Pontefract, Harrogate and Castleford. You will deliver prescriptions to private homes and care facilities, while representing the Cohens brand with friendly, professional service.

Role requires flexible hours within branch opening times, basic computer skills to plan routes, and the use of your own vehicle with business use coverage. Mileage is reimbursed per HMRC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK driving license and be able to drive in the local area.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional manner.
• Basic computer skills to plan and print daily routes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription items to private homes, nursing and residential care homes promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and act as an ambassador for Cohens Chemist.
• Plan daily routes and complete mileage claims weekly in line with company policy.
