Job summary

Cohens Chemist is recruiting a Zero Hour Prescription Delivery Driver on a 12-month fixed-term contract at Branch 576, 20 Pastures Road, Wirral, CH46 7TH. The role requires delivering prescriptions to homes and care facilities with a focus on customer service and brand representation.

Open hours are Monday to Friday 08:30–18:00; you must be flexible to cover within these times. Mileage is reimbursed at 42p/mile up to 10,000 miles, then 25p, with weekly mileage claims.

Qualifications

• Must have own vehicle with business use insurance or be able to obtain it before starting.
• Flexibility to work within branch opening hours (Mon–Fri 08:30–18:00).
• Strong customer-service skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurately within the designated times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed items to private houses and care homes, promptly and conscientiously.
• Plan and print daily routes in the branch before starting deliveries.
• Act as ambassador for Cohens brand and provide a high standard of service.
