Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education invites applicants for a Nursery Assistant at Corner House Falkirk. This is a zero hour contract paying £12.80 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour for suitably qualified candidates.

We welcome qualified, unqualified, or those returning to the Early Years sector. As a Nursery Assistant you will assist with learning opportunities and provide exceptional care to help children develop.

• Open to qualified, unqualified, or returning childcare workers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop.
• Have an engaging and energetic personality.
• Cover holidays and provide staff cover whilst gaining on the job experience.
• Provide effective care and learning that enables children to progress and prepare them for school.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children.
• Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children.
