Overall Responsibilities
We are recruiting both trainee and experienced support workers to work with teenagers within Care Homes, Educational Settings, and Semi-Independent Living Accommodations. Our ideal candidate is reliable and wants to make a difference in young people’s lives by providing quality care. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
We support young people aged 13 to 21 who are within the care system for various reasons, including mental health and emotional difficulties. These young people are preparing for independence. The role involves providing guidance, interaction, and support to promote their development across social, emotional, and practical skills, such as meal preparation, social activities, family contacts, education, and shopping.
