We have opportunities for individuals with care experience and who have attained the Care Certificate to work with us as Band 3 Clinical Support Workers. We are committed to supporting our care staff to progress and train to become qualified nurses via the Nurse Associate apprenticeship training.
We are also recruiting individuals who are new to the care setting as Band 2. Upon completion of the Care Certificate and required competence, you will be automatically promoted to Band 3, providing a perfect opportunity to work, earn, and learn.

The Healthcare Support Worker role is suitable for those with experience and training in clinical practice, in wards or other clinical settings. Support Workers provide personalized care to service users, undertaking clinical tasks with supportive supervision as required. The role involves significant engagement with people who use our services.
