Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is recruiting for Manchester schools seeking people who can support pupils and build positive relationships. Youth workers, youth mentors or support workers can transition to a Teaching Assistant role.

You will work with pupils facing SEMH, behavioural needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety and other learning barriers, providing 1:1 mentoring, classroom support and small-group activities to boost confidence and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people such as mentoring or youth work.
• Ability to build strong relationships with children and young people.
• Ability to help pupils develop confidence and independence.
