We are recruiting for a Youth Worker to join our Housing team at Hillbrook House, Redhill.
This role requires someone co-ordinate a resident engagement programme designed for inactive young people, leading them on a bespoke journey towards employment, volunteering, education or training.
This role requires someone withMinimum NVQ Level 2 standard qualification or equivalent in housing, social work, or youth work (or wiling to complete alongside their job role within the next twelve months.).
To postholder must have a full driving licence and valid business use insurance policy. This must be evidenced, and documents provided such as MOT certificate, insurance certificate and valid driving licence provided.
WORKING HOURS: 21 hours per week; 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (including 60 minutes unpaid break)
WORKING PATTERN: Three days per week (flexible on the days, either Monday - Wednesday, or Wednesday - Friday)
