If you're passionate about delivering a health and wellbeing programme for young people, join Fresh Visions as a Youth Worker at our project in London. You will be working at Motivate, Fresh Visions Youth Clubs for 10-16 year olds. The project supports young people to gain confidence, make informed, healthy lifestyle choices, and progress into further learning and employment.
You will help to devise, plan, and deliver an annual programme of youth-based projects and activities, ensuring they contribute effectively to achieving measurable impact on young people's health and wellbeing. Additionally, you'll develop and work in local project partnerships with other agencies and organisations, including contracted co-workers and sessional workers.
You will work three days a week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, at three different locations from 3 pm to 6 pm.
