Job summary

South Wight Area Youth Partnership (SWAY) is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Youth Worker to join our growing youth ministry. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with potential to become lead for the right candidate, working with young people aged 8–18 and collaborating with our part-time Youth Worker and volunteers.

You will help develop our youth work across the Isle of Wight from the new Hub in Chale Green, building partnerships with local churches, schools and community

South Wight Area Youth Partnership (SWAY) is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Youth Worker to join our growingyouth ministry.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people aged 8–18. You'll join our youthwork programme alongside our part-time Youth Worker and established volunteer team, building on strong partnershipswith local churches, schools and community organisations.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with young people.

Salary: £27,500–£29,000 (depending on experience, with a salary review after 12 months)

Location: The Hub, Chale Green, Isle of Wight (with travel across the Island)

Preferred Start date: 1st January 2027
