Job summary

Allsorts Gloucestershire is a user-led charity based in Stroud, supporting disabled children, young people and families. This role focuses on transitions for young adults, planning and running youth sessions, and community outreach to build independence in a supportive team.

Role involves early evenings and Saturdays, with safeguarding and collaborative work with parents, carers and professionals. Based in Gloucestershire with occasional travel to other locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people or adults with disabilities.
• Commitment to inclusion.
• Ability to support independence.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Help young adults develop independence and life skills.
• Support activities in the community and transport.
• Plan activities based on young people’s interests.
