Percy Hedley Foundation is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join the Wansbeck team in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne. You will help young residents with daily tasks and educational activities in a busy, supportive setting.

Candidates should have a caring approach, resilience, and an understanding of positive behaviour support. The role involves travel through the site and weekend work on a rotating basis. DBS checks and right to work in the UK are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support including moving and handling, personal care, and medication administration.
• Assist residents aged 17–30 with activities and social engagement within education/day placements.
• Work within positive behaviour support framework and liaise with external teams as required.
