Job summary

The Percy Hedley Foundation in Forest Hall, Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Central Bank Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to clients with disabilities across residential, day services, and independent living settings. Qualifications

• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support or similar approaches is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• No fixed working hours; flexibility is required for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to clients with disabilities across residential and day services.
• Assist clients to access the community and develop social networks.
• Support clients to live independently with appropriate skills and activities.
