£28,724 per annum with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £32,040 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
18.5 hours per week, including four 2.5-hour evenings during term time, with flexible daytime hours and additional hours often available

Are you passionate about helping young people develop skills and confidence? Take your youth work experience further by leading a team supporting young people transitioning to adulthood. You will manage a team of 4-5 Youth Support Workers and Volunteers, plan, deliver, and evaluate curriculum-based group projects, and work one-to-one with vulnerable and at-risk young people aged 11 to 17 to improve their future prospects.
The role involves safeguarding, health and safety, addressing service users’ needs, and helping them overcome challenges. We seek individuals with youth work experience (paid or voluntary), strong IT, record keeping, organizational, and planning skills, and the ability to build partnerships with various organizations.
