Vision for Education is seeking an experienced Youth Worker to work in primary and/or secondary schools supporting students with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

About The Role
  • The Youth Worker will support young people with Special Educational Needs.
  • Build rapport with students to encourage attendance and engagement.
  • Follow teacher guidance while managing conflicts and understanding individual student needs.
  • Working hours are 8:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday.
  • Position is term-time only for the full academic year.
